Through platforms like Smartsheet we have designed Solutions that visualise and provide real-time insight for sport businesses. We help sports organisations save time, money and effort, and understand their operations more clearly and in real-time, so that they can focus on what they do best - creating great sports experiences for sports obsessives like us!

Sportsflo was founded by a Guy and two Andy’s 

Guy and Andy F have spent many years collaborating on designing processes to improve decision-making and drive efficiencies across sport. But also for many years they were frustrated that sport has been missing out on massive opportunities due to the to the lack of simple and accessible tech applications to help turn resource-intensive, error-prone manual processes into automated workflows, and to generate and visualise real-time, live data and insight almost as a by-product. 
 
The catalyst for change and the birth of Sportsflo was a client brief that included building a high-level, stakeholder-facing dashboard that would tell the on-going story (always 'live' and up-to-date) of the change and progress that the organisation was making in its mission to increase activity levels through sport and physical activity. 
 
Guy and Andy signed up to deliver this and through the process of undertaking the brief discovered the recent launch of many non-sports specific platforms with applications, functionalities and 'no-code' integrations that non-technical users like Guy and Andy could operate to bring to life the potential of the system designs that they had built over the years. 
 
This journey of discovery then connected Guy and Andy F with the second Andy, a technology platform expert and architect, and suddenly the process designs have been quickly transferred off the page and into the Sportsflo Solutions that are on offer today.

Guy has a distinguished track record in the sports sector, holding significant leadership roles in strategic development and execution at professional sports clubs and major events. His accomplishments include the development and implementation of commercial rights strategies for football clubs, club and event operations, and planning for club relocations. With a deep understanding of sports management, Guy's expertise in strategy development, performance management, and stakeholder engagement makes him a valuable asset to SportsFlo as we aim to deliver top-tier Smartsheet-built automated workflow solutions to sports organizations. 

Andy Folwell Sales & Commercial 

Andy brings extensive senior-level experience from the sports sector, having played pivotal roles in the strategic development of UK and global sports events. His track record includes leading game-wide strategies for cricket, managing major tournaments, and implementing automated solutions within sports organizations. At SportsFlo, Andy's expertise will be instrumental in delivering Smartsheet-built automated workflow solutions tailored for sports organisations. 

Andrew Clarke Technology & Solutions 

Andrew Clarke is a seasoned Smartsheet Solution Consultant and Programme Manager, with 20 years of experience in strategy, solution delivery, PMO, and planning management. His expertise spans across various sectors, including sport, telecom, retailing, financial services, manufacturing, supply chain, academia and resource management amongst others. Andrew's proficiency in Smartsheet and other solutions, combined with his extensive background in strategy, program management and planning, positions him as a key figure in driving efficient workflow solutions tailored for diverse organisations. At SportsFlo, Andrew's insights and skills will be pivotal in advancing our cutomer led, pragmatic, technology driven, automated workflow solutions for sports organisations.
